We are finally indulging ourselves in weddings! It has been a long time since our last wedding at the end of February and our last catering event in March - oh how we have missed it. Last week Charlotte, Hannah, Will and Bethany came together for a socially distanced styled photo shoot as part of a calibration with our sister company EY UP Events. The setting was the fabulous Highcliffe Manor, a late victorian manor house set in the beautiful Flamborough countryside, owned by the Barnes family. Atken Photography joined us and Helen from Rosebud flowers provided us with buckets full of her fabulous homegrown blooms.

We served British bresaola with home infused fennel oil, fig compote and sweet cicely garnish. The perfect accompaniment to the historic backdrop of Highcliffe Manor's dinning room. This was followed by a rich summer fruit mess, garnished with rosebay will herb jelly and fresh berries from our kitchen garden. We can not wait until we are able to meet our couples again and start planning their amazing wedding feast. For now we will carry on sowing, planting and harvesting our ingredients - come up with new menu ideas and look forward to the day we will be able to bring this to your table x
